Structure
The school governors have adopted a circular model of governance, with all governors meeting together, to report / discuss key areas of responsibility.
Governors are involved in:
- Setting the strategic directions, policies and objectives
- Approving the school budget
- Interviews and appointing staff
Our School Governors not only have legal duties and responsibilities, but are also enthusiastic and committed. They work together closely to improve the school and continue to work hard towards our goal of achieving a new purpose built School. Parent governors bring the views of the parents to the meetings and have equal status in the work of the Governing body and have voting rights.
If you have any queries regarding governance, please contact Gemma King (Clerk to the Governors) gemma.king@norfolk.gov.uk
